Try This Detoxifying And Refreshing Moringa Smoothie

This lemon-lime moringa smoothie is filled with the detoxifying properties of citrus and cantaloupe. It has a bright, refreshing flavor that is perfect for hot days. It will keep you hydrated, help decrease bloat, and is loaded with nutritional benefits from moringa.

Alkaline boost

Cantaloupe acts as the base for this smoothie, giving it a lovely, thick texture. It has a mild, sweet flavor that is perfectly balanced by lemon and lime. The orange color is a great indicator that cantaloupe is rich in beta-carotene. It’s actually as high in beta carotene as carrots, which are famous for their content of this micronutrient. 1 cup ice
