You can expect to eat from the specified Clean Diet, observe a 12-hour fasting window each evening, and follow a daily protocol of a shake for breakfast, a solid meal for lunch, and a dinner shake or liquid meal. This program is designed to work deeply and thoroughly over this prolonged, three-week period building on healthy habits along the way!
Clean 7 introduces principles from Ayurveda, and extends the intermittent fasting windows used in Clean 21. This program is designed to achieve a powerful and deep reset in a short amount of time.
