Why It Works
Our organic matcha green tea is 100% 1st harvest from Shizuoka Prefecture and Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. It's been shaded 3 weeks before harvesting, which boosts chlorophyll levels, giving it increased antioxidants and a beautiful jewel green color. This matcha is perfect for use during the Clean 21 and Clean 7 cleanses. Enjoy as your morning beverage or add to a daily smoothie!
How to use
Sift half a teaspoon of matcha powder into your cup. Add 2 ounces of hot water and whisk back and forth until the tea becomes frothy. We like to whisk in a zigzag or “W” shape, making sure no matcha gets stuck to the side of the mug. You can enjoy our matcha on or off the cleanse, plain, as a latte, or in a smoothie.

Supports Core Functions
We all want to have more energy. Many people try to achieve this through stimulants, but Functional Medicine has taught us to look at why we have less energy. These can be environmental reasons, mental, emotional, chronic conditions, or even just life changes. Having good energy means we have vitality in our bodies and, on a deeper level, that our cells have the building blocks they need to continue our metabolic cycles.
