This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore read alongside.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on orders with a subtotal over $50.00 USD.

Standard Shipping

2-Day/Next Day Air

International

- Free for orders over $50.00 USD and Daily Shake subscriptions

- $5.00 USD flat rate for orders under $16.00 USD

- $7.50 USD flat rate for orders between $16.01 USD and $49.99 USD

Rates are determined by shipping carrier, customer is responsible for cost

Rates determined by shipping carrier, customer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with shipping


HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver based on the order schedule configured on your account.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada

Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between the business operating hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders that are placed on a holiday or business closure will be handled the next operating business day.

Cut-off for same day shipping is approximately 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Once an order is marked “shipped” and tracking information is provided, we are unable to make any changes to the order.

Overnight and 2-Day Expedited Shipping options are only shipped and delivered on business days.

At our discretion, we may require signature upon delivery for high value orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURNS

At this time, we cannot accept product returns. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you have concerns or a product quality issue, please contact us via one of the methods below.
