Clean Program Refund Policy

At Clean, the health and safety of our customers is our top priority, which is why we do not accept product returns. However, your happiness is just as important to us.

That’s why your purchase is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you're not completely satisfied with your first order of any product on a one-time purchase*, simply reach out to our support team at support@cleanprogram.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer you a store credit for the original purchase amount, for any reason at all.

 


 

For Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In most cases, we’ll request clear photos showing:

  • The product label (including lot number and expiration date)

  • Any visible damage or packaging issues

In rare cases, we may ask you to return the item for quality review. If so, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

 


 

Shipping & Address Updates

Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping address to ensure it’s accurate. Once your order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made before shipment.  Additionally, Clean Program is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect information.
