This peaches and cream smoothie tastes more like dessert than breakfast with sweet, juicy peaches, creamy coconut, and the complement of spicy cinnamon. We love keeping frozen cauliflower rice on hand to add a dose of nutrients and fiber to smoothies, and with the help of our Daily Shake, this meal will satiate you for hours.
1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
1 cup ice
1 serving Vanilla Daily Shake
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/4 cup coconut cream (full-fat, canned coconut)
1 1/2 cup coconut or other nut milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Optional: 1-2 dates for added sweetness
Prep all ingredients, add to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Serve peaches and cream smoothie right away.
