  • 8 ounces of water (purified) 
  • 3-4 ounces of nut, hemp seed, or rice milk 
  • ½ avocado  
  • 2 tablespoons of organic almond butter 
  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons of flax meal

Optional ingredients:

  • Stevia or coconut nectar to taste 
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder or carob
