Frozen avocado is a great substitute for bananas while on the cleanse and chia seeds are a protein-packed superfood that can add bulk to this meal-in-a-bowl.

Pitaya Bowl

Makes: 2 Servings


4 Pitaya Plus dragon fruit smoothie packets
1 ripe banana (omit if you are on the Clean Program)
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup light coconut milk (canned coconut milk)
1 Vanilla Daily Shake packet

Coconut chips
Strawberries (if you are currently on the cleanse, try blueberries instead)
Yellow mango



Blend together smoothie bowl ingredients until smooth.

Pour in bowl and add your favorite toppings or the ones listed above and enjoy!
