Kelsey Ewing

Kelsey’s journey to becoming a Clean Wellness Coach began in her early 20s after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Despite seeing multiple doctors and nutritionists, she was told medication was her only option and that food had nothing to do with it. For years, she struggled with fatigue, weight gain, and hormone imbalances, trying everything from HIIT workouts to fad diets with no lasting results. Everything changed when she began working with a functional medicine health coach who helped her envision a different path and provided the tools to truly nourish her body. That experience not only transformed her health but also inspired her to become a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach herself. Now, as part of the Clean team, she supports others on their wellness journeys, combining her training, personal experience, and a root-cause approach to help clients feel empowered and thrive.
