Top 4 Healthy Smoothie Recipes

GREEN MORNING SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of water
  • 3-4 ounces of nut or hemp seed milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1 giant handful of the dark leafy green of your choice (kale, spinach, swiss chard)
  • 2 teaspoons organic almond butter
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Daily Shake or Vanilla Cleanse Shake packet
  • sweetener to taste (stevia, coconut nectar, brown rice syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon carob or raw cacao powder (optional)

Directions:

Blend until smooth and creamy. This recipe makes a lot, so it can be one serving if you’d like, or you can save the rest and have the rest as a snack later, depending on your individual hunger that day!

CHOCOLATE MINT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 c fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chlorophyll
  • 1 giant handful of the dark leafy green of your choice (kale, spinach, swiss chard)
  • 1/2 tablespoon raw cocoa OR carob powder
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Daily Shake or Chocolate Cleanse Shake packet
  • 1 scoop Move

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding additional water only as necessary and to yield the desired consistency. Enjoy!

BLUE AND GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or raspberries, blackberries, mangoes, papaya, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 scoop Clean Greens
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • a few drops of stevia to taste
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Daily Shake or Vanilla Cleanse Shake packet

Directions:

Blend until creamy.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, rice)
  • 2 giant handfuls of spinach
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 scoops Daily Shake (chocolate or vanilla)
