Often times, people have a hard time imagining what it looks like to eat Clean most of the time. So we’ve put together a Day of Clean Recipes, so you can get a sense of just how delicious it is to eat clean.
I’m the first to admit that cooking and preparing three clean meals a day can be very challenging, if not sometimes impossible (especially if you have kids!). But remember, whole foods are the primary “tools” in our daily life, and the more clean recipes you know, the more likely you’ll be to use these tools.
So take a look at the following recipes, and if one of them grabs your interest, try making it this week.
