The January Community Reset is a guided 21-day Clean Reset completed in community, with support from Clean coaches and programming inspired by Clean founder Dr. Junger’s functional medicine approach.

When we reduce common dietary stressors and provide consistent, nutrient-dense nourishment, the body redirects its energy toward healing.
