What's the difference between the Clean Cleanse and the Gut Cleanse?
The Cleanse Cleanse focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to cleanse. The supplements and protocol emphasizes the detoxification pathways in the body. The Gut Cleanse focuses on removing the foods that are often challenging for the gut and adding in nutrients to support gut repair. While both programs work on the whole body, the Cleanse Cleanse provides supplements and a specific diet for cleansing.
Should I do the Clean Cleanse or the Gut Cleanse?
For most people, we recommend you start with the Clean Cleanse. The focus of the Clean Cleanse is whole body cleansing, energy, and some weight loss. If you are still wondering which program is best, take a look at our Which Program Guide.
What foods are on the Cleanse Diet?
The main foods that are removed on the Cleanse Diet are gluten, dairy, processed sugar, coffee, and alcohol. We focus on eating good-quality meats and fish, fruit, rice, beans and legumes, vegetables, greens, nuts and seeds, avocado and oils like coconut and olive. How long are the products good for?
All products are good for at least 4 months from the purchase date. You can reference the product labels to determine each product’s specific expiration date.
I have a medical condition or I am taking prescription medication. Am I able to do the Clean Cleanse?
