What's the difference between the Clean Program and the 7-Day Program?

The 21-Day Program focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to cleanse and rejuvenate. The 7-Day Program is a shorter reset to get your health going in the right direction. It's great to use when you are feeling run-down and need a boost, or have a special event coming up. 7-Day Program will give you the tools to quickly bring yourself back into balance, but will not provide the same experience as a 21-Day Program.
