What's the best way to use the Daily Shake?

We recommend blending Daily Shake with a variety of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and superfoods. Daily Shake can also be shaken in a Shaker Bottle, with a liquid base for a quick dose of protein and nutrients anytime.

When is the best time to have a shake?

The Daily Shake can be enjoyed as a meal or snack anytime of day. We recommend having your shake in the morning because it sets the day off to a clean, healthy start. Even though we suggest one shake a day, feel free to have more if desired!

I have just finished a cleanse, should I start using the Daily Shakes?

Absolutely. In fact, the Daily Shake is perfect for someone who wants to continue the benefits of the Clean Program. We've crafted our Maintenance Kit, which includes the Daily Shake, as well as other recommended post-program supplements, to support health and maintain results.

What's the difference between Daily Shake and Cleanse Shake?

The Daily Shake is formulated for daily use any time, whereas the Cleanse Shakes in the 21-Day Program are formulated for detoxification and are to be used only while cleansing. 

Is the Daily Shake safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

It is not advisable to use our Daily Shake during pregnancy. While the shakes may be safe for women who are breastfeeding, there is general caution around elevated vitamin A levels for these consumers. It is best to check in with your doctor to be safe.
