When we have optimal health, we have vitality, energy to do the things we love, we sleep deep and sound, our skin is clear, our digestion works optimally, we think clearly, and we don't have aches and pains.
We often get used to living without these things, and think that is a "normal" part of modern life or of aging. But it really doesn't have to be that way. It's better to pay attention to the signs our body shares with us and take action than wait until those signs become larger and more disrupting to our lives.
