Makes 1 serving
1 tbsp loose leaf yerba mate
1tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp pureed pumpkin
2 oz unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
Stevia to taste
In a French press/tea pot/strainer combine, the yerba mate, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Steep in 8-10 oz of just boiled water for 5-7 minutes.
Warm 2 tbsp pureed pumpkin and 2 oz unsweetened vanilla coconut milk on the stove top, stir until smooth
Pour all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste with stevia (we used Sweetleaf Vanilla Creme). Enjoy!
