How often do I take Protect?

Protect is formulated to be taken once a day.

When is the best time to take it?

We recommend taking one capsule first thing in the morning with water on an empty stomach.

What if I forget to take it in the morning, can I take it later in the day?

Absolutely! While it has been shown that probiotics are more effective on an empty stomach, if you forget to take it in the morning, take it whenever you remember during the day!

What is the different between Protect and Encourage?

Encourage is a 60 billion count capsule and because of the high dosage is best suited for short term cleansing. Protect contains 15 billion active cultures and can be taken daily.

Is Protect soy and dairy-free?

Yes. The probiotic strains consume some milk and soy products as part of the fermentation process only. The product is then tested to be free of these products. No soy or dairy is added apart from this fermentation process.

Do I need to keep it in the fridge?

Upon arrival, we do recommend placing protect in the fridge.

The package and the cooler pack it was shipped in arrived warm, is my Protect ruined?

No. The icepack is to ensure that the product stays cool during transit, but often the product will arrive slightly warm. It is still 100% acceptable to use.
