Return & Refund Policy (updated October 26th, 2009)
Any open or unopened item may be returned for any reason within 21 Days of the arrival of your product. There is a 10% handling and restocking fee on all opened returns. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. Unfortunately there is no refund for original shipping costs and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
How To Request a Refund
The first step of the refund process is obtaining a refund authorization number(RA#).
Please email us at returns@cleanprogram.com with your request for a return:
Include:
a) Your order number
b) The items you plan on returning
c) A small note about why you are returning your kit (we really do care and would love to hear your feedback)
Once our team reviews your note you will be sent a shipping address where you can send your return.Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued: either immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange.
