I am doing the 21-day Clean Detox Kit, how do I use Clear 2?

Clear 2 is one of the supplements included in the kit. Take 1 tablet three times daily with each shake or meal.

If I forget to take Clear 2 at a meal, should I double up at the next one?

No. Keep following the recommended dosages of 1 tablet at each meal.

I am experiencing cramping after I take Clear 2, what should I do?

Stop taking the product and see if the cramps stop, this way you will be sure it is due to the Clear 2. Clear 2 does contain rhubarb which can worsen diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Give us a call if this occurs and we'll guide you through it. Consult your healthcare practitioner if you have frequent diarrhea or have a medical condition.

Does Clear 2 need to be refrigerated?

No. Keep tightly closed in a cool dry place.
